It was nice to have the work done by the owner, Mark Balean. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and solution. His prices were extremely fair; particularly when it turned out there was an additional problem (he did the extra work for the cost of the parts). I believe he is honest and really cares about the customer. Bravo!

I had hot connection electric completely do the patio and pool remodel in my estate home and they were so friendly. They felt like family. They put all of my fixtures exactly where I requested and they finished in a timely manner. The customer service in the office was INCREDIBLE! I would definitely use them again!
